In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pr999" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operating at pr999.onl, including all services, games, and features accessible via the website.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pr999 platform in any capacity.

• You may only hold one (1) active pr999 account at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

To access the full range of pr999 services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested during sign-up. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Changes to personal details — including your registered mobile number — must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting pr999 support.

• You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pr999 will never contact you requesting your password under any circumstances.
• You must notify pr999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pr999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

All financial transactions on the pr999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pr999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposit methods. Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• JazzCash — real-time settlement, minimum deposit Rs 200
• EasyPaisa — real-time settlement, minimum deposit Rs 200
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer, settlement within 15–30 minutes
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer, settlement within 15–30 minutes
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer, settlement within 15–30 minutes

All funds deposited to your pr999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Where the original deposit method cannot receive payouts, pr999 may process withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method registered to the same player identity.

• A completed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification is required before pr999 processes any withdrawal request. Players are encouraged to complete KYC immediately upon registration to avoid delays.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are within 24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 3 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal requests for amounts that include uncleared bonus funds will be placed on hold until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• pr999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pr999 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit thresholds. These terms are published at the point of each individual promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited to your pr999 account balance as bonus credits, separate from your real-money balance, until wagering conditions are fully met.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate (often 10%–20%). Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• pr999 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel winnings, and suspend or close accounts where abuse of bonus systems is identified, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotion terms through technical means.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting pr999 support. Opted-out accounts will receive real-money deposits only with no promotional credits applied.

In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the in-game rules prevail for that specific game only.

All pr999 casino games are powered by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by accredited third-party testing organisations. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by pr999, by players, or by any third party.

• Malfunction or technical failure during a game session voids all wagers placed during the affected round. Any winnings calculated on the basis of a malfunctioning game will be voided.
• pr999 reserves the right to suspend access to any game at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, software updates, or regulatory reasons.
• Where a game result is disputed, pr999's records shall be considered conclusive unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

The pr999 sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL), football, UFC, table tennis, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the pr999 platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. pr999 is not responsible for odds displayed in error and reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds available at the precise moment of bet placement. Delays in connectivity may result in bets being accepted at slightly different odds.
• For cricket, PSL, and other incomplete events: in the event of a match being abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid result has been bowled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day are defined within the pr999 sportsbook and may vary by sport and competition.
• pr999 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where match-fixing, irregular wagering patterns, or other corrupt activities are suspected.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pr999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one pr999 account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the pr999 platform for any form of money laundering.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or technical errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to pr999 support immediately.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripting tools to place bets, access games, or manipulate account activity.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds to place wagers.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your pr999 account.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your pr999 account or its balance to any third party.

pr999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• pr999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• The account is found to belong to a player who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• The account shows no activity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player's breach of these terms, pr999 will process a refund of the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

pr999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. The platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible directly from every player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Timers: Configure time reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the pr999 platform. Self-exclusions of 6 months or more are treated as permanent and will not be reversed regardless of subsequent requests.

• Any financial loss arising from your decision to wager on any game or sports market offered by pr999.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

pr999's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by pr999 is governed by the pr999 Privacy Policy, available at pr999.onl/privacy-policy. By registering on pr999, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

pr999 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
